Taoe kwon Do at school
First wrestling match (I think)
Looking cute
Walking on the lake! He was actually mad because we said that we were going to drive across the lake (as lots of people do) to go to Wal-Mart, but then we didn’t actually see anyone driving across when we were there and decided not to. But it was fun walking on the lake!
Dr. Seuss outfit for his birthday
Joseph and his crocheting. He was one of the most dedicated members of my afterschool knitting club
Knitting club! Lots of fun!
My usual view
Still working on his crocheting
He LOVES to read. ALL.THE.TIME.

More reading
In the snow
Cleaning up the snow
Playing

Sap buckets!
Another wrestling meet
I only take pictures when Joseph is winning. Watching his matches can be a bit stressful. It is not about being the strongest at all; much more about thinking—remembering the moves and figuring out how to put them together, plus mental strength and stamina. Joseph was definitely not always successful, but sometimes!
a little party at Bob’s
Joseph loves when he gets to spend time with cousin Jasper. Jasper is very kind and understanding of Joseph and also always up for an adventure!
Fred!
Warming up; baseball glove out!
Some taps
Practicing her sitting in the softest place in the house
Attempting some selfies
I was a little obsessed with this outfit
Making syrup! we had a lot of fun letting joseph be in charge
Nora hanging in the sun—and beginning her obsession with going after every little tiny piece of anything on the floor
finishing syrup
eating at the halfway house—just starting to share big people food

Bath time fun
