Teddy Bear/Stuffed Friends Sleepover

Early in July, Platt (Shoreham) Library held a very special event.  We gathered for an evening  pajama story time and the children brought their favorite stuffed friends.  After stories, cookies and milk, and a craft,  they left their stuffed friends for a sleepover at the library and then picked them up in the morning.  Joseph hasn’t even ever been very into stuffed animals, but he sure loved this event!

Story time!  (And this is really quite a good turnout—remember there are only 80 kids in the elementary school here and only 8 in Joseph’s class!)

Some of their antics while we were gone.  Love the photography.

Good night!

In the morning they had little photo albums all ready for us!  A very special keepsake Winking smile

That might be the most awesome program I have ever seen. What an adorable idea! Looks like the workers had a blast as well :)
